As a Sales Representative at GymUnite, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our innovative fitness platform. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close deals with potential partners, including gyms, fitness studios, and wellness providers. You will be instrumental in expanding our network of partners, increasing the value we provide to our users, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and identify potential partnership opportunities with gyms, fitness studios, and wellness providers in your designated territory.
  2. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to engage with prospective partners and present the benefits of joining the GymUnite network.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and terms, ensuring that deals align with GymUnite's strategic goals and objectives.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge and inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or technology industries.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  7. Passion for the fitness industry and a deep understanding of GymUnite's mission and values.

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
